Chapter 10 - GOODBYE TO CYCLONE

"Nikki drove the scooty on a road full of water logging during heavy rain

She wanted to hold onto his back, but hesitantly, she refrained from doing so. Her heart felt heavy with emotions, yet she still couldn't bring herself to ask for his contact number.

Her feminist mind was conflicted as per the rules of feminism, which suggested that women shouldn't be the ones to ask for a number first. She believed that if he was interested in her, he would take the initiative and ask for her number

Her innocent mind argued that perhaps he had simply forgotten to ask for her number in the rush of the moment. Despite her reservations, she couldn't shake off the feeling that she wanted to stay connected with him.

He expressed his desire to continue the relationship, but she was still traumatized by her past experiences. Her past had left deep scars on her heart, making it difficult for her to fully trust and open up to someone new. Despite her feelings for him, she struggled to overcome the emotional barriers that her past had created

He remained silent and didn't engage in much conversation, which gave the impression that they were communicating through unspoken words or silent language. It seemed like there was an unspoken understanding between them, as if they could communicate without needing to say much verbally. Their connection went beyond words, and their actions and gestures spoke volumes about their feelings and emotions.

Both of them arrived at the airport. Kaushik approached Nikki while holding his wet suitcase.

Sometimes words can't express what your eyes are saying when you're in love, but silence can.

His face is visible to her.

His speech is faltering. He was speechless due to his shyness.

Their clothing was soaked through as they both stood in the rain. Around them, raindrops never stopped.

It's time to leave, Nikki murmured as she took his luggage and umbrella.

At last, Kaushik declared, "I would regret not saying this: it is the best day of my life. I will always remember the memories that were made during this eight hours. The day is brief but incredibly significant.

Kaushik sat beside her, holding an umbrella as she drove fast and accidentally struck a pothole. Kaushik took control of the scooty and drove, while she sat behind him with her mind filled with confusion. Within 15 minutes, he would depart from this precious moment."

Nikki declared, "I would regret it if I didn't do this."

He returned her kiss. His gentle lips touched her. She detected his scent. He grabbed her hips while she supported his shoulder. They temporarily lost sight of themselves. He kissed her face and then kissed her head while his face was on hers. Both enjoyed one other's laughter.

He said, "You are the most beautiful woman I ever met."

she said now you can go."

Her heart felt tussleless, and both felt satisfied that there was no more storm in their brains or regret to carry. They hold their hands tightly, as they don't want a single second of hesitation to avoid these pleasure moments.

Both entered the ticket counter, he verified his reservation, cleared all checks and luggage in the security panel, and it was time to leave. Their moment was going to dissipate like a cyclone.

He tightly hugged her, saying, "Do well in your exam and all the best for your goal."

She said, "All the best for your job, and one day I will see you as a businessman."

He carried his luggage and went toward the plane in the elevator, while she watched him until his figure faded away.

Nikki started to move on with acceptance; she enjoyed the day and collected valuable memories. She enjoyed the breeze after the rain.

Indeed, it's not uncommon for our hearts and minds to be in conflict when facing new situations or life decisions. Our hearts may be drawn to certain emotions, desires, or passions, while our minds may be influenced by logic, reason, and practicality. Sometimes give attention to the tiny voice in your heart. If you want to do the right thing, choose your brain. If you want to live your life with emotional richness and memories, always choose your heart.

Allow yourself to explore new experiences. It may be strange, crazy, crazy mad, funny, sad, painful, havoc, or mistakes.

Because Nikki's crazy decision today brought the biggest change in her life. NEXT DAY

she searched through her bag for her hall ticket and pen, organizing her clothes for the exam, she stumbled upon a book that didn't belong to her. The book looks fresh. The title of the book was "The Catcher in the Rye." Intrigued by the discovery, she wonderedbook might belong to and how it ended up in her bag. She confirmed it by opening the first page.
