"You get seasick?" Tellur asks, patting me on the back.
"Motion sick." I correct, "It's the rocking movement."
He nods as if he now understands the makings of the universe, "Ah. But you were fine on the wagon." He speculates, combing his fingers through his newly trimmed beard. When we first met, it was a mess. He was a mess.
His clothes were five times too large for his also humongous body. He looked rough, and scary with that scar etched across his forehead. Now that I know him he's just a cuddly numbskull. Although, after he held a mercenary at bottle point, I've at least realized that he wasn't always like this. He must have been as ruthless as elite Knights are said to be.
"I don't know. It's just different," A wave of nausea hits me, "feels worse!"
Tellur rubs slow circles on my back. It's strange to be taken care of, or maybe it's just strange to be taken care of by someone other than Kadeeth. Currently, per Sileena's order, Kadeeth is busy running around the boat doing menial tasks. He probably would've fought her on it if he wasn't in such a good mood from our joking earlier.
Almost the entire second troupe of GWs is with us, and not just in the literal, physical sense. It seems that this particular mercenary group is pretty satisfied with how business is going. They have no desire for their flow to be ruined by outsiders. The idea of their organization being destroyed, or having to start over again from scratch, luckily, doesn't sit well with them.
So, just like that, the Grey Wanderers have joined our cause. We actually have people for our so-called 'rebellion' now. Considering that's kinda a vital part of any makeshift army, I'd say we're on the right track.
This also proves that Kedcoe can probably be trusted. He kept his word about sending the letters, at least the one to the GWs. We also managed to recruit a large portion of a mercenary guild at his suggestion.
Now let's hope he was right about this next part, because I don't think I can do this alone.
