Amden walked back to his dormitory with an expressionless face. He entered his room and took his seat on the chair.
At the same time Amden let go the emotions he had been keeping in check for entire time. Mana became chaotic around Amden and the room started to flood with immense killing intent.
Voila came out and said, "Amden, control your emotions."
Amden did not speak for few moments but then he calmed himself down and the condition in the room returned to normal.
"I almost got my family killed today," whispered Amden in low voice but it was laced with extreme anger.
Voila shook her head, "They are alive, Amden."
"No, Voila..." retored Amden but Voila cut him off, "They are alive, Amden."
She continued, "And I think you still have a lot to do. Your family is still not safe."
"Though that Jessica Snowfall is protecting your family, she is doing it only for her own interests."
