Sasha and her friends were terrified, but they knew they had to do something. James flew down and blocked the monster's attack, using his blue dragon power he fired an energy beam of his own. The two energy beams collide in mid air and explode, sending red and blue sparks in all directions.
The monster was knocked back, tumbling backwards and smashing through the trees behind it. Sasha and her friends looked on, stunned. Suddenly the monster let out a loud roar and charged forward once again. This time, James was ready.
As soon as the monster got close enough, James summoned another energy beam and shot it right between the monster's eyes. Where there was a forehead, now was an open hole straight through. It roared in pain and fell still, dead. The impact of its dead corpse sent a shockwave in all directions, knocking in several sliding doors. They stood there, breathing heavily, staring at the remains of what was once a fearsome beast.
