Stuart watched from afar as Berry read and reread the note with an unreadable expression. He wanted to go over and comfort him because he knew that under that calmness, there was a big disturbance that wouldn't wear off soon, but he was the one who had led Berry to a seat and gave him some space to gather his emotions. They had started the day early, but it seemed like the day was shorter than usual. Already, he could see a faint twinkle of the stars above. His other hand was also tucked in his pants pocket, and he strode over to Stuart with a faint smile playing on his lips.
