Due to her struggle with Harry, Marie, too weak to do or feel anything else, fainted and only woke up two hours later in her break room. Grateful for the less constriction in her chest, she heaved a sigh of relief before sitting up. However, to her shock, when she looked up, she was greeted by the stern face of her secretary who stood by the bed with his arms crossed over his chest.
Lucas was anything but happy with whatever was going on with Marie and Harry, and he wished he could tell Stuart about it. But since Marie had ordered him to stay out of her business, he could only watch and quietly glare at her like this.
