From edge of forest jack could see two girls who were alice and her friend sitting almost sleeping on the large stone like platform, jack looked at them and waved but both of them were to sleepy to notice then he quickly walked to them and asked.
" Why are you sleeping here?"
Sudden noise made both of them startled and both of them stood up in fright.
"Who are you?"alice shouted,
"My name is jack", jack said
Alice looked carefully but she couldn't recognise the man in front of him but after looking at the sword in his hand she understood he is the guy she was waiting for and said,
"How can you be so late when you make others wait, you have saved my life but you should value others time as well" alive said,
"When did I say you to wait?" Jack questioned,
Alice again had a understanding that she had misunderstood the hand gesture he made.
"Lets forget that and take this" alice said with polite smile while trying to give jack two fruits and a strange orb.
Jack looked at the items and thought these girl is so nive, that's why everyone used her and that's why she became ruthless and untrusting of others.
Jack was tempted but he said,
"I don't want any of this use it to get strong and level up as fast as possible becouse in this world you can not survive if you are weak, people backstab you, use you and discard you when you are of no use to them."
"You are a kind girl, but your kindness now is your biggest enemy, think about your benefit before you do anything and don't take unnecessary risk only by that mentality you will truly progress."
jack said all this only to help them even if they don't join him this words will help them in future.
Alice was angry but at that time sabrina came from her place and has heard everything jack said and being smart as she is she understood jacks intention to help them and she taped alice and both looked at each other for a while and nodded and then both said together,
"Will you guide us in our journey, we will help you as much as we can plz make us as strong as you"
Jack was taken aback after hearing their request but he didn't loose his composure and said,
"I have a mission for both of you on the 3rd day which will make you very strong but you both have to be level 10 " jack said and started waking but alice stopped him and said,
"Thankyou for your offer and we will do our best to level up as fast as possible but you should atleast take this as a token of appreciation"
Jack looked at them with a smile for a while and then kindly accepted and left the area.
Jack found a suitable place to sleep and was about to lie down to see his loot, he had another notification.

He used the orb and his storage increased from 20 to 30 and then kept everything aside and scanned the equipments

James white, who was beaten and was running away from Alice few hours ago was below the same building jack was sleeping and he was about to enter the building but a strong zombie was seen when he opened the door he kicked the zombie but the zombie didn't budge he then removed his metal bat he used to fight and hit the zombie legs and run before zombie got up because he got the real creeps from the zombie he could only see a little in the night but he was sure the zombie was stronger than normal zombie and his ability was related to sense strength of others called 'life sensor' the more stronger the being, stronger his sensor will activate, so he was sure zombie was not normal and maybe after hitting the legs might not break but at least zombie will fall but after hitting the legs the zombie didn't even move from his place but now looked at him with scary eyes and cought his neck and opened his mouth as big as his head and crushed James head with one crunch and ended his life.
Jack was sleeping in the same building with a smile on his face without a hint that a massacre was going so close to him.
