When Arthur opened his eyes, he found himself in a dining room. It was filled with people. Collin, another boy who looked a taller version of him, and several others. It was hard to count them all. At least he knew several of them from exploring the kid's memories.
A man with red hair ruffled the boy's hair. It was Sorin, Josh's deceased childhood friend and Queen Dowager Wilhelmina's son.
"Nice job, Atty! You did well defeating those evil Locks back home!" Sorin said, grinning.
Alastair giggled. "I know!"
Wow, the kid sure did have a big head…
A boy with blond hair and green eyes giggled as he ran from the boy's puppy. It was Noah, Alastair's younger brother.
Ding-dong!
Alastair smiled and ran over to open the door.
A teen boy with fiery hair and a teen girl with pink and gray eyes waved as they walked in.
Arthur's brow furrowed. 'Why does that girl look familiar?'
