It was a cold night. There was silence all around with the full moon lightning up the road. A girl walked around aimlessly dressed in a white dress. Her feet made no sound even though there was urgency in her stride.
The girl didn't remember how she got there. Or where she was before. She was blank. She kept looking around. Suddenly she saw light around her and realized it was coming from behind her.
As soon as she turned around she saw a car speeding towards her and she screamed, her hands flying up to cover her face.
But to her surprise the impact never came. She slowly peeked out. There was no car. She turned around and saw the tail lights of the car. How? Had the car missed her? No. Had it passed through her? That made no sense. Was she hallucinating?
Just then she heard another car coming and turned around to watch it. Steeling her heart she dug her feet in. This time she would keep her eyes open and see this through. Surely the car driver would see her and stop right?
Well wrong. Cause not only did the driver not stop but he didn't even slow down. And as the car sped towards her shd screamed again but this time she was frozen cause of fear and couldn't move.
The car kept coming closer and closer and just when it was about to hit her it passed through her.
And she was shocked. She checked her body to see if she was hurt but there was nothing.
And that's when she realized.
"I am already dead, ain't I?"
