the way to acquire skill is either through skill stone, but for talents one can acquire it through bloodline, natural treasure, or even you unlock your hidden potential.
Valthorian explained talents are far more versatile and because of that the price for a natural treasure that can give birth to certain talents is so sky high.
he gave an example of the Spatial Awareness, if I master it fully the effect of space related magic can increase as well helping me in manipulating the space itself without drawing mana.
a skill on the other hand is something you acquire by training, for example a scout can learn a tracking skill and clairvoyance or Increased sense.
finishing the lesson from Valthorian I went to the dining room to try and meet Auriel, seeing that Auriel seems trying to avoid me but still left dinner for me to eat, eating the food she left behind I started eating and thanking Auriel for the effort she put to cook for me.
after eating the meal she cooked, I decided tomorrow I should talk to Auriel and smoothen our relationship with each other.

seeing her acted quite shy in front of me.

"I want to talk to you about yesterday kiss, is it fair to say you have feeling for me?" seeing her starting to approach the door I teleported behind her to stop her from running away. "Auriel..... I want to ask want do you like about me, logically we only know each other for a month, it would be impossible to develop feelings so fast."

seeing her leaving I thought that girls are scary when they fall in love.
