Chapter 6 - The Nexus & Transaction

after leaving my dungeon to Auriel I teleported into The Nexus realm where, I intend to use this place where I can gather more information, in front of me was a portal to The Nexus, after entering the portal i was stunned by the sight that greeted me.

The Nexus, a realm of infinite possibilities and the gathering ground of Dungeon Masters, boasts an ethereal citadel of crystalline spires, iridescent domes, and intricately carved archways. Floating weightlessly within the astral expanse, the structure adapts to the thoughts and desires of its inhabitants, reflecting their boundless creativity. Inside, floating platforms and walkways form a celestial web, leading to the Nexus Forge at the center, a magnificent construct of raw energy and arcane symbols.

walking out from the portal hub, I walked up into a street that is full of buildings and architecture that is full of fantasy style flavor.

I walk through the street that leads to the center of the streets, that building is used as the center of the place where Dungeon Master transactions and meets each other.

we can only communicate by entering the nexus until we reach the 2nd tier dungeon master room.

In entering this place I intend to create a guild where the dungeon master can trade and buy information,

After entering the guild's building, I was greeted by a massive hall with a central counter. A mechanical voice addressed me, its tone neutral yet efficient. "Greetings, sir. How may I assist you today?"

Curious to see some information commissions, I inquired, "Can you show me a commission intended to buy information?"

"Right away, sir. Wait a moment, and the information will be shown in the menu," the mechanical voice responded.

As the list appeared before me, I scanned through the options. Two of them piqued my interest, and I asked the voice to contact the individuals behind those commissions

1. Hero Perk Insights: Seeking comprehensive details on the Hero Perk system, including the various perks available, their benefits, and how they enhance hero attributes and skills. Rewarding with World Coins for this knowledge.

2. Protoss Race Characteristics: In need of in-depth knowledge about the unique attributes and strengths of the Protoss race, including their technological advancements and special abilities. Generously offering a substantial amount of Gold for this valuable information.

"Which one do you want to meet first?" the voice inquired.

"The commission for characteristics of the Protoss race," I replied.

In a matter of moments, a middle-aged man of European descent was standing before me. He extended his hand in a friendly gesture, "Hello, nice to meet you, young man."

I shook his hand firmly, returning the greeting, "It's nice to meet you too, sir."

He seemed uncertain, perhaps due to the nature of the information exchange. "It seems I have been informed that you have the information I want?" he asked cautiously.

"You don't need to worry, sir. We can sign a contract with each other, and The Nexus will be the arbiter of the deal. But before that, we can talk in a more private space," I assured him.

I then turned to the mechanical voice and asked, "Can you show us a private room for us to discuss, and please prepare a contract for us?"

"Right away, sir. Please enter this door, and if the two gentlemen are done, you can call me. Let me introduce myself, sir. I am Alpha, the main system overseer of this place," the voice informed us.

Both of us nodded and entered the door that appeared before us. Inside, we found a tastefully decorated room with two chairs and a table between them. Cups and a pot were prepared for our refreshments.

"Then, young man, since you are already willing to sign a contract, I will be direct. For the basic description, I will pay 300 gold, for the basic perk of the race, I will pay 1,000 gold, and 1,200 for the architecture perk," the man proposed.

I took a moment to consider his offer before responding, "How about this, sir. I will provide you with all three pieces of information you seek, but at half the prices. However, I will add a clause preventing you from telling or selling it again to another party."

He chuckled, seemingly amused, "Haha, it seems I'm dealing with a young fox. Okay, then, what will I pay for such information?"

"Before that, how about we finish our initial transaction?" I suggested. We called upon Alpha to be the arbiter, and after auditing my information, Alpha gave his seal of legality for the transaction.

With the transaction completed, we proceeded to sign a contract with a Non-Disclosure Agreement and finalized the deal.

"Now that you have signed an NDA, we can continue," I said.

He seemed intrigued, "I want to make an information organization that is focused on gathering and selling information, and it seems I found a potential partner."

"Interesting. How about the profit division?" he inquired.

"We will have five heads, each with 20%. Of course, it's not easy to become one of the five heads. They need to prove they can sit on it," I explained.

He nodded thoughtfully, "How about we continue this discussion next time? How about three days from now? We can set a contract to remind us of the meeting time. After all, we just met for the first time and haven't introduced ourselves."

"Okay then, you can call me Valtho, sir," he introduced himself.

"And you can call me Asmodeus," I replied.

With the formalities concluded, we each went our separate ways, anticipating our future collaboration and the many possibilities that The Nexus offered.
