The answer is..... it's possible but very rare. If a person can cultivate more than one element, then their core will be a divine core.
They can manipulate more than one element at a Same time.
In Han jue's case... As a descendant of a primordial , he was different from other cultivators. For primordials ....they didn't have the concept of core. Primordials were born from chaos so they can manipulate all the elements from birth.
So Han jue also doesn't need to care about the elements. But there is a slight disadvantage of not having a core.

then han jue looked towards the puppy and said " Cerberus...from today onwards your name will be Cerberus...
in the far future it will become a symbol of true fear....and the nightmare for his enemies.
