Sherlock left the White Thorn Security Company, but he was not in a hurry to return to Baker Street. Instead, he walked along the banks of the Thames for a long while.

The fog in London had reached its peak along the river, almost covering the freight ships along the way. Looking up, the huge clock was still operating for some reason. It rang every 15 minutes, and the majestic sound could resound through half of London, spraying the steam produced by the underground furnace into the air.

The bell was built 35 years ago to commemorate the victory of the second demonic invasion war. Sherlock did not know why the bell was named "Big Ben", nor did he know why it was built beside Westminster Abbey in London. Wouldn't the people in the church be tired of the bell disturbing their pious prayers?
