The Absurdities
Outside the "Dos Noches Tienda", two men are standing on the near-empty moonlit street. The Man on the right standing at an average height accompanied by a tight pink flamingo-colored suit and a cream-colored tie, his name is Nick Faulkner a stockbroker. The Man on the left instead is covered in golden chains and diamond rings shining as if he were a crystal ball in the broken street lamp-filled darkness wearing nothing but a black undershirt combined with black pants and Jordans this man's name is Emilio Fuentes a drunken kingpin.
Nick attempts to light a cigarette but ultimately fails due to his broken lighter "You mind giving me a light?"
Emilio stares at Nick with a dastardly expression on his face as he sees the cigarette in his hand "I don't mind" Emilio lowers his pants and his undergarments and pisses on Nick's hand.
Nick pulls out his hand and wipes off the piss with a handkerchief "What the fuck is wrong with you!?"
Emilio puts back his clothing as he grabs the pistol between his pants and his leg. Emilio points his Pistol at Nick "That's a nice suit you got on I think it'll look better on me."
Nick cunningly responds "You're right just let me take it off." Emilio explodes in laughter "What size are you, those loafers look real good right now."
Nick starts to unbutton his suit "I'm a size 11." Emilio responds "That's crazy I'm also a 11, take those off next."
Nick finishes unbuttoning his jacket as he begins to take it off he takes out a small revolver from his jacket pocket and aims it at Emilio "Drop the gun now!"
Emilio instantly sobers up and aims his gun at Nick's head with full concentration "You not about that run me your shit right now!"
Nick puts his finger on the trigger of his gun "I'll fucking kill you, put down the gun!"
Emilio puts his finger on the trigger as they both begin to pull down an old scrappy man wearing ripped stained clothing with nothing but a shopping cart filled with books relating to Karl Marx and Adam Smith inside the cart, standing between both gun barrels his name is Soren A. Klein who proclaims he is nothing more than himself.
Both men shocked by Soren's actions yell at him to move out of the way but to no avail, Soren tells the men "We're only what we return to, nothing."
Soren puts his hands over both Emilio and Nick's eyes "Now see, my blind visionaries" The world around the three men begins to shift into a dreamlike trance with an instantly ever-changing colored sky covered with four suns and eleven moons with both a dream-like and nightmarish beasts sprawling the earth around them. Both men are subjected to infinite amounts of information and sensations causing them to fall to the ground as their mortal vessels morph into horrific entities followed by an array of unique stones such as sulfur and granite and then into a ball of flame in an infinite and random order.
Nick tries to stand but loses control of his body and falls back onto the sidewalk with several known and unknown liquids flowing out of his ears, eyes, mouth, and pores simultaneously.
Emilio attempts to run away from Soren leaving behind Nick on the ground screaming in agony but is stopped by the pull of hundreds of thousands of unrecognizable and distorted people who pull him halfway into the sewer. The stress and pain that he has experienced in only a minute has caused him to undergo complete ego death and loss of memory.
Soren puts his hands over their eyes once more and proclaims "Welcome back, my visionaries"
Emilio, whose body starts to become a feast for the nearby rats, dies.
Nick, who is still laying on the ground, begins to choke on his own saliva and blood.
Soren takes Nick's wallet out of his pants pocket and walks into the "Dos Noches Tienda"
