"Uncle Brother Ji why are you leaving me?" A slightly older Ning Xi and Ji Xiruan stood in front of the door.
Ji Xiruan was holding unto a suitcase as he seemed to be about to travel. Ning Xi had her head hung low and the sound of her sniffling could be heard.
There was a smile on Ji Xiruan's face as he looked at her. She still keeps on calling him 'Uncle Brother Ji' even after him constantly telling her not to.
Sometimes he felt like she was doing it on purpose just to mess with him but he got used to it. Over the few years they've been together he seemsd to have grown more and more attached to her and he could say the same for her.
Now he had to go abroad to study so them parting ways was inevitable. "Xiao Xi, I'm not leaving you."
She looked up at him, her eyes already filled with tears that were threatening to fall. "I'm sorry, please don't leave."
