Space-time is the foundation and pillar of reality, many supreme beings who could control space, time and matter could disguise themselves as creation gods because they truly had the potential and making of one by simply having control of these elements, all worlds, planes and dimension were literally nested in the Space-time of the Omniverse.
But even Space-time had different degrees of quality and importence, the space-time of a lower world was not as hard to manipulate as the space-time of a mid or high level world, and the space-time of a Universe was not as hard to manipulate as the space time of a Multiverse.
