Jenna stood behind the small window of the cabin, her gaze fixed on the river. Her body language suggested that she was seeing something of great interest.
"Jenna," I called out, but she gestured for me to hold on.
"Is that Prince Jordan?" she asked, her voice filled with excitement.
My heart skipped a beat and I quickly got up from the bed. My books that were on my body landed on the floor and scattered all over the room.
I moved beside Jenna and peered out of the window to catch a glimpse of the person she was referring to. However, to my surprise, there was no one in sight. I continued to look, scanning the area, but there was still no sign of Prince Jordan. I frowned and turned to Jenna, only to find her smiling mischievously.
"Jenna, you need to stop this. I am trying to forget about him and I will," I said, my frustration evident in my voice as I climbed back onto the bed.
