Inside one of the guest rooms, Jenna and I retrieved the instruction manual from the box and carefully studied it.
After familiarizing ourselves with the manual, I grabbed the small device labeled HeniTech and switched it on. We followed the instructions until we connected H2T, the particular device that was in the room where the conversation would take place. Transmission began immediately.
Voices echoed through the device. We listened intently and soon realized that it was just the domestic workers cleaning the room that were making the noise.
Meanwhile, while Jenna and I were looking for a better place to keep the device, the intercom in the guest room blinked and promptly connected us to the living room. Unlike the intercom in our bedroom, this one did not require us to accept or decline incoming calls.
