Chapter 5 - Chapter 3:

Aziria's POV

After that battle, I'm irritated with myself for showing up looking like this. I wanted this, so I shouldn't complain. But whatever, right?

Time check: 8:00 am.

"Hays," I sighed because I'm really annoyed.

"I'm here!"

I was surprised when Clesea, my talkative friend, suddenly entered my condo.

"Bee, why are you dressed like that? You know I'm stressed from your parents asking where you are, and then I find you in your condo looking like that. What am I supposed to say?" she sighed and tapped her forehead.

"You're so overacting, and you have no right to judge me if you're disgusted by my appearance. What about me?"

"I'm so sorry, bee. Your parents kept asking, and all I could say was that I didn't know. Oh, wait, where are you going?" She furrowed her brows as she examined me.

"Obviously, I'm going to school!" I shouted and grabbed my bag before leaving. "My condo, huh?"

"Wait, where are you going?" Tsk, such a drama queen.

"I'm going to school." I replied as I got into my car and drove off. I quickly arrived at Klent Inria School and walked in.

"Good thing I'm smart. I really thought this through. If Trill is one of the members of the Sapphire Gang, then the other one must be Tyrone," I whispered to myself as I walked.

It could be him. Be ready, Tyrone. You've been absent for a week. Psh.

I continued walking when suddenly someone pushed me hard, causing me to stumble. I looked at my knees, it were scraped. I hate getting injured. I lifted my head and saw Keziah and another girl who seemed to be the one who pushed me.

"There she is, Natasha!" Keziah shouted suddenly.

"You're bullying my friend just like that? And do you think I'll let that slide?" Natasha yelled at me. Ah, so Keziah went and reported me? So bold, like a child. Calling for backup, huh? Annoying.

I just stood there, pretending not to know what happened. I felt a stinging sensation in my hand.

"What? You act tough just because you defended yourself?" Natasha continued, but I ignored her. I just looked at my hand, which had a scrape, and my two knees with scratches. I turned my head to the right and saw the three idiots laughing, along with Heart just standing there. They nodded, implying that I should retaliate.

If they're going to act like children, I can do it too, especially when I'm in a good mood and they're the only ones trying to mess with me. It's even more irritating.

"Loser." Keziah sneered at me. This girl's life is so corny, damn.

I just stared at them, scrutinizing their faces. They may be fair-skinned, but they're not pretty. Not pretty at all, yet they act like that. They're just burdens to society, adding nothing.

"What? Are you just going to stand there? Going to get up?" Natasha's voice became aggressive. Does she think I'll be scared of her antics? She's delusional.

Israel's POV

Aziria stood up, still showing no emotion, and I'm getting impatient. Can't she defend herself? Pathetic.

"Poor woman," I shook my head, amused.

"What? Are you just going to stand there? Going to get up?" Natasha asked, her voice full of arrogance. Aziria still remained unfazed, as if she's observing.

I focused my attention on Aziria. She look at Heart with her friends, communicating with each other using their eyes. They smiled at each other.

"I told you there's something about her," I said to Klyde, who was also observing and now looking at me.

"Do you know that I can get you kicked out of this school?" Aziria calmly asked, supporting herself. With her question, the crowd erupted into shouts and cheers, waiting to see what will happen.

"Go, I can transfer, but if you do that, I can buy your house too," Natasha replied with a taunting tone, which earned some laughter from the other students. I noticed Aziria cringed at Natasha's words, probably finding them corny.

"You can buy our house," Aziria grinned back at Natasha, looking her straight in the eyes. "But if I want to, I can buy your life straight from hell."

The three of us, me, Klyde, and Aziria, raised our eyebrows at her statement. What does she mean? Who is she? From the looks of her, she seems like a pauper.

"Who are you to say that to me? I'm rich, that's why I'm here at this school. Don't mess with me!" Natasha retorted.

"Shut up the fuck." Aziria's words were simple, but it felt threatening. "I'm just warning you, and that's how you react? Don't worry, we're at school, a place where I show myself. That's an advantage for you."

Trill couldn't hold back anymore. He spoke up. "What is she saying?"

"She's just threatening," I said.

"Don't pretend that you're better than me!" Natasha said.

Suddenly, Keziah screamed, finally finding her voice. "Pretentious!"

"Why? Don't act like you're prettier, richer, or braver than me because I don't care about whatever competition you think we have. Honestly, both of you are so corny. You should both know that," Aziria retorted.

Everyone gasped. Damn!

In an instant, Natasha slapped Aziria, catching everyone by surprise. I thought it was over, but then Aziria faced Natasha and slapped her twice, then pushed her just like before. From my observation, Aziria mimicked what Natasha did, but she did it twice as hard.

"Things escalated quickly," Klyde marveled while remaining a spectator.

Why does no one want to intervene?

"I'll do to you what you did to me," Aziria stared into her enemy's eyes. "You think you're better than me, right? So, I gave you two slaps and a strong push just to make you believe that I'm better. Don't provoke someone who's staying calm, or you'll get into trouble. Look at yourself. You embarrassed yourself. It diminishes your dignity."

"Why did you push her?!" Keziah shouted angrily while helping Natasha up.

"Don't you bother to ask your friend why she pushed me earlier? How foolish of you, Keziah," Aziria said with a teasing smile, clearly taunting her.

"So? It's my turn." Keziah was about to slap Azira, but someone interrupted.

"What's all this commotion?" our dean asked.

Everyone froze.

I just looked at Aziria, who looked completely shocked as she faced Sir Florenza, but he only looked at Keziah and Natasha.

"Aziria, come on!" Lara, not knowing what to do. Aziria seemed visibly nervous.

Then Sir Florenza turned to Aziria. "What's you—" Sir Florenza paused when he saw Aziria. Why? "Miss Sullvian, what are you doing here?" He asked calmly, but clearly surprised.

Now he's calm, but a while ago, he seemed like he was about to scold the two of them.

"I'm so sorry, Sir Florenza," she asked for forgiveness, but I could tell it was forced, especially with the way she emphasized it.

"Address me properly as if you—" The dean got angry, but Aziria stopped him from saying more.

"We are in a school, so the students here should show respect, especially to the dean," she said dispassionately.

"Do they know each other?" Klyde asked.

"We don't know," Trill replied.

"Both of you, why are you starting trouble?" The dean turned to Natasha and Keziah.

"Si—"

"I don't need your lying opinions. Go to my office now!" the dean shouted angrily, so the two went to his office. "So, you're here too," he faced Aziria, who just shook her head.

"Let's talk later about the reason why I'm here, sir. Please don't tell my parents yet." She left without waiting for the dean's response.

"Do they know each other?" Klyde kept asking repeatedly. We really have no idea!

"I don't think so. Maybe Aziria's parents are strict. She might get beaten if dean reveals it to her parents so she stopped him from telling them," Trill commented while still looking at the spot of the conflict.

"Gossipers," I said, then left.

"What happened to that man?" I overheard Trill asking, but I didn't turn back.

The girls were making a lot of noise because of all the screaming.

Aziria's POV

"You almost got caught," Heart said while treating my wound. I didn't say anything.

"What's wrong with our dean?" Lara asked, puzzled.

"Are you stupid? He's Aziria's uncle!" Jasfer shouted at her.

"This one's really stupid. Yeah, I know now!" They act like kids, seriously.

Ryxel suddenly interjected. "You might have a hard time hiding."

"I will, definitely. Tito already knows I'm here, and Tyrone will go to school next week."

"Who's Tyrone?" Jasfer asked.

"Are you stupid? I don't know either, hehe." Lara said.

"Tyrone?" Ryxel.

"Tyrone?" Heart.

"Never mind. I'll talk about it later. I'm going to Tito's office first."

I bid them farewell. I had no intention of answering their questions because I'm too lazy.

As I arrived, Keziah and Natasha were just coming out of the office.

"You'll pay for this," Natasha threatened.

I wonder how many times she said that.

"Bitch. Tss." Keziah.

What else are you?

I ignored them, knocked on the door, and entered. Nothing good will come out of dealing with those two. Tss.

"Come in."

I entered and sat in front of my uncle.

"Ms. Sullvian, why haven't you told your parents that you're here?!" he shouted at me, causing me to bow my head.

It's only been two days, and he already knows I'm here. Tito Florenza is my mother's sibling, and Tito Sullvian is my father's sibling, whom I asked for help.

"Why? Are they worried? It's simple why I'm here. If my parents didn't fight, grandma is still alive. I wish she was still here. That's why I ran away from home to prevent their separation. The only thing that hurts is that they will separate, and then there's someone new right away. I know their bodyguards are looking for me. Of course, I won't go with them."

"They keep looking for you."

"Why would they look for me when they have their own lives to be happy with? What else would they do to me? Rub it in my face that they have a new wife? A new husband? How funny, haha." I chuckled slightly at the thought. "So, uncle, please don't tell them that I'm here." I pleaded, but his voice remained cold.

"Why wouldn't I tell them? Are you in trouble? And why are you dressed like that? If I were your parent, I'd be furious with you. Look at yourself!" I winced as he shouted.

"I have more than enough in my bank account. I'm wearing this because their bodyguards are useless and they try to find me."

"All right, I'll help you. I won't tell your parents, but fix yourself first because you're being bullied!" He was clearly angry. I nodded. "If your dad comes to the school, you'll be on your own, but it's unlikely he'll come because the only one who attends to school matters is Millen," he referred to my dad's sibling.

"Okay." I bowed.

"Wait, I'll let Tyrone here in early to protect you from the bullies. Think about what you will do."

"Unc—"

"Don't call me uncle, okay? If something bad happens to you, I'll be held responsible. Understood?"

"Okay, uncle. I'm going back to my class." And I left.

Sigh, what should I do now? If it's Uncle who said so, I should comply, but I don't want to. He won't see me every day anyway. As I walked, I bumped into three of my classmates.

"Hey, badang!" Israel called out to me.

Badang? The heck! Is he serious? Gross!

I got annoyed with what he called me.

"What's a badang? I have a name." Tss, annoying.

"I like it, it suits you."

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Kylde and Trill laughed.

"If I'm a badang, maybe you're a budang. What do you think?"

He took so long to respond that I decided to leave. I could still hear them laughing, but I just ignored it.

Damn badang! Damn it!

I continued walking when suddenly...

"Ah!" I groaned as I bumped into a guy who was running.

"Sorry, miss," he apologized, out of breath, clearly running from something.

I looked at him. "Paid attention to where you were going." I dropped a hint. Many people were looking at us, but he couldn't seem to calm down.

He picked up my belongings and helped me up, and then I saw Heart, Jasfer, Lara, and Ryxel running towards us.

"Miss Beautiful, don't let him get away!" Jasfer shouted. I turned to the guy, who was about to run, but I held him back, causing both of us to fall.

You're heavy, dude! You're even on top of me.

"Take him," I said irritably to them because I was annoyed with our current position. They took the guy away from me, and I stood up.

Thank goodness the teacher's not here yet.

"Who is he?" I asked as I stood up.

"Got you." Ryxel said.

I was getting impatient with them. "Who is he? Does he have a problem?"

Jasfer answered, scratching his head. "Hehe, no, we're just playing, and if we catch him, he has to buy us all the food we want."

"You guys got me involved in your nonsense. My shoulder hurts now. Hey, you're too heavy, and it doesn't suit me to be bumped. Tss." I faced the guy, straightening my uniform.

"Sorry, miss, hehe."

"And who are you?"

"Oh, he's Brin. He even crashed into my Miss Beautiful here." Jasfer again.

"That's enough. Let's go, Brin, you're treating us now." Then Ryxel pulled Brinten.

"We will go first, Aziria." Heart said.

"Bye!" Lara waved at me.

"You'll see Budang there, deal with him." I whispered and grabbed my bag.

"Who's Budang?" They all asked, even Brinten.

I didn't bother looking back at them and spoke. "My class is starting."

And I entered the room for Sir Buical's first class.

To be continued...
