John Bacon's voice reached Bella Scott's ears, and she could sense the ridicule in his tone.
She knew the man and woman inside were going to come out, so she quickly left first.
"Where have you been?" Linda Stuart saw her and approached, taking a close look at her. "My daughter is so pretty!"
Bella Scott smiled, "You're pretty too."
As they were talking, John Bacon and Nina Lambert entered the living room.
Linda Stuart noticed this scene, her eyebrows slightly furrowed and almost unnoticeable.
Bella knew that Linda Stuart once tried to match Kassidy Dean with John Bacon, but in the end, he became close with Nina Lambert. Ms. Stuart must be feeling displeased, right?
She said in a not-too-loud-but-not-too-soft voice, "Everyone's fate in love is predetermined. Elora has a man now, so don't worry."
John Bacon, who had just entered the living room, heard this clearly and slowed down.
