Wayne faced her with the top of his head: "Of course I'm sure..."
"Look at me when you answer!" Cecelia scolded.
Wayne looked up and met Cecelia's eyes. After a moment of silence, his initial intention was unchanged, and he said word by word: "I'm the one who wronged you, setting you free is the last thing I can do."
"Why not add one more sentence - you deserve better?" Cecelia sarcastically said.
