Brynn Williams had disappeared just like that...
Everyone gathered together in silence that night.
Janae Smith looked haggard, murmuring to herself: "Everything was fine last night. Brynn said she didn't want to get married so soon and wanted to stay with me for a couple more years. How could she suddenly leave without a word?"
She couldn't figure out what went wrong or why a person who was fine suddenly vanished.
"Let's wait a little longer. She might come back soon..."
As Edward Anderson was speaking, Bella Scott suddenly stood up and said: "We can check the surveillance in the residential area; there might be some gains."
A person couldn't just grow wings and fly away — either Brynn was taken away, or she left on her own.
Edward Anderson and Bella Scott left the house. When there was no one around, he whispered to Bella: "I already checked. The surveillance has been destroyed. I didn't dare tell my mom for fear she would jump to conclusions."
