Bella Scott had just arrived at the school gate when the teacher told her that the children had been picked up by Edward Anderson.
She quickly called Edward.
Edward's face changed slightly upon hearing this: "I didn't pick them up!"
Bella was taken aback and immediately understood what was going on.
Cecelia Anderson noticed Bella's unusual expression and knew that something serious had happened.
"What's wrong?" Cecelia asked.
Bella quickly returned to normal and told Cecelia about the fake Edward taking the twins away.
"What should we do? That man has an unknown background, will he hurt the children?!" Cecelia was terrified and her voice trembled.
In contrast, Bella quickly regained her composure after the initial panic: "It's okay, I've already told Cindy and Jessica about the fake Edward. The kids are smart, they'll definitely figure out that it's not him."
As long as the children knew that the man was a fake Edward, they would find a way to deal with him.
