Cecelia Anderson looked right into Bella Scott's misty eyes.
Even a fool could see that there were feelings between Edward Anderson and Bella Scott.
It was beyond doubt that Edward had never forgotten his love for Bella.
As for Bella, her feelings for Edward should be a bit more complicated, right? After all, she once loved Edward wholeheartedly. After marrying Edward, she fell in love with him again.
If it weren't for Mila Gray's sudden death two years ago, Bella wouldn't have treated Edward as an enemy. And now that Bella knows Edward isn't the one who killed Mila, there's no reason to continue hating him. The time for the two of them to truly reunite is probably close as well.
She also hoped that Bella could lead a stable and happy life in her later years.
"What kind of feelings do you have for him?" Cecelia curiously asked.
It makes sense that since they have two children together, they wouldn't have feelings for anyone else.
