Upon hearing Bella Scott call her son, Jessica knew she had guessed correctly. She had found her mother with her wit and bravery, while even Old Lu hadn't found his mother yet.
If not for holding back her excitement, she would have jumped up and cheered loudly.
"Son, why aren't you talking?!" Bella noticed that Cindy on the other end of the phone had stopped talking, which seemed a bit strange.
Looking at the time, the child should be in school. How could he be calling her?
"I am just so happy to hear mom's voice. I really, really miss mom and want to video chat with her. Can I?" Jessica, overjoyed yet on the verge of tears, said.
She had finally found her mom, but mom didn't know she was Jessica, and that made her sad.
Bella couldn't help but laugh, "If you wanted to video chat, why didn't you call directly with a video call?"
