Maggie Lauper never expected Snow Collins to take the initiative to invite her for dinner.
Snow Collins was always cold and not talkative, and except for work, it was impossible for him to actively seek her out. The invitation to dinner caught her by surprise.
During dinner, Snow didn't say much. She chatted about work-related topics, and he occasionally responded with a word or two.
As the meal was coming to an end, Snow suddenly said, "We've known each other for many years, haven't we?"
"Yes," Maggie replied, suddenly feeling a little nervous.
Snow had never discussed personal matters with her. The fact that he was bringing it up now seemed off.
"I rarely discuss personal matters with you, but I think that you're not getting any younger, and it's time for you to find a boyfriend. Don't waste your youth on unworthy people. As your good friend, of course, I hope you meet a good person and settle down soon," Snow said calmly.
