Brynn, seeing the awkward atmosphere, casually brought up a topic: "What are you guys talking about? You seem to be having a great time."
As she spoke, she pulled Edward Anderson to sit down.
Seeing Bella Scott and Kedrick Baker looking at them, she laughed and explained: "We're tired from standing, so we're taking a break here. You guys continue chatting, no need to mind Edward and me."
Kedrick looked at the sulking Edward and suddenly came up with a plan.
Without warning, he grabbed Bella's hand: "Bella, let's go watch a movie after you get off work!"
Bella tried to pull her hand away, thinking Kedrick's approach was very childish. Even a fool could see he was deliberately trying to provoke Edward.
Edward was so smart; how could he possibly fall for this?
