Bella Scott vaguely remembered that Edward Anderson had once locked himself in his room and refused to come out. That time seemed to be because Kaelin Anderson didn't allow Edward to associate with her anymore, but Edward was unwilling to comply, so he locked himself up. He went without food or drink for several days, forcing Kaelin to give in.
It was that incident that terrified Kaelin, and he never dared to stop Edward from being in contact with her again.
"If that's the case, then it's all over." Cecelia Anderson sat on the sofa, her face pale.
