It took Bella Scott a while to realize that Cindy was referring to Edward Anderson when she mentioned "Old Lu."
She couldn't help but smile and cry: "Between you and Edward, I would choose you, so go to bed and stop overthinking things."
Cindy grinned, with her small mouth wide open: "Really?!"
"Of course it is!" Bella Scott kissed Cindy on the forehead: "Stamped, now go to sleep!"
Cindy nodded vigorously and immediately closed her eyes to sleep.
Watching Cindy's sleeping face, Bella Scott soon became drowsy. But then Edward sent her a cheesy text: "I just finished admiring the moon, and I've found that it's not as beautiful as you. Bella, you're the most beautiful. Good night."
Bella Scott deleted the text and sneered. Even if he was trying to flirt with her, could he at least be sincere? Of all the compliments to give, he chose to call her pretty? Who would believe that?
