Bella Scott was comforting Cecelia Anderson when she received a text message from Kallie: "Sis, I just found out that the media is making things up. You must be with Cecelia right now. Please apologize to her for me. I also know about my feelings for my brother-in-law. How could I possibly love one man and sleep with another? I swear, I have no interest in Tariq Lane, and nothing happened between us last night."
After reading the text message, Bella cursed softly: "Bitch!"
Cecelia saw Bella's anger, took over her phone, and read the text. She smiled: "If you get angry, you're falling into her trap. She's very manipulative, and she's not only making me suffer but also trying to drive a wedge between you and my brother. Bella, you mustn't fall for her tricks and leave Edward."
"Now, all I want is to be as far away from Edward Anderson as possible," Bella said, suddenly brightening. "Cecelia, I'll take you out to have fun!"
