The police ignored Anabelle Martin and got into their car. Anabelle chased after the car, shouting angrily, "How can you police let Bella Scott escape justice? My husband was beaten half to death by her, and yet she remains free?!"
The police car sped away, not bothering to listen to Anabelle's complaints.
