Randy Hill had known Edward Anderson for years, and understood his temperament. Knowing Edward wanted to hear about Bella Scott, he candidly shared his guess: "Miss Scott asked if Mr. Anderson had caught a cold recently, and I told her the truth. I think she was upset that Mr. Anderson wasn't taking good care of his health."
It was simply because Bella was worried about Edward that she was feeling upset on her own.
"I also think Mr. Anderson's health isn't as good as it was in the past. After all, health is the foundation of everything. Only when you're healthy can you take care of your loved ones for a lifetime," Randy added.
"You talk too much!" Edward waved his hand, signaling Randy to leave.
Randy had a hunch that a word from Bella would be more effective than a hundred words from him.
