Ella Martin was completely dumbfounded! This was nothing like what she had imagined at all!
Wasn't Robert supposed to happily marry her? Or marry her under pressure?
Why was it like this? Why did he instead stand on the side and criticize her and her parents?
Seeing Robert's seemingly impenetrable demeanor, her confusion only grew deeper. She wished she could turn back time, go back to the beginning and avoid making this foolish decision, then this whole situation wouldn't exist!
