In the morning, Robert wanted to buy her a necklace, but she refused, excusing herself for business reasons.
As it turned out, Christopher called him, saying there was a deal at the company that needed his immediate attention. Robert's face darkened, and he could only return to the company first.
Feeling her gaze, Robert didn't even raise his head and just hummed: "I'm very busy, you go out first!"
Emma glanced at Christopher next to Robert, still not clear about the situation, but having a feeling that the boss' temper seemed a bit bigger today.
Her being asked to leave only made her happier - not having to serve somebody, why not?
