But now his opponents were this group of undead dragons. Just a rough look, Blackhand found quite a few of them had already reached the Legendary level.
Even though some undead dragons were still far away from becoming Legends, they must have had the potential to become ones.
After all, these undead dragons mostly came from the dragon tombs in the Dragon Bone Wasteland.
