Zhang Xiaohua was holding a longsword with both hands crossed in front of him, looking up at the white clouds in the sky, seemingly lost in thought.
Ji Xiaohua, on the other hand, happily walked into the small house holding a steamed bun.
"Mother, guess what I brought for you?"
As soon as she stepped into the house, Ji Xiaohua called out.
"Xiao Hua, why are you home so early?" Ji Xiaohua's mother asked curiously, not addressing her question.
"Mom, I met a young master at the tea stand who asked me to help him with something. He said he would pay me ten big coins a day, oh, eleven big coins. Look, these are the buns he treated me to and even let me bring two baskets back for you."
"What? Who allowed you to leave the tea stand so easily? That was a job I had Mr. Hao on the street find for you, not an easy task."
"Well, Mom, I know, but…"
"No buts! You're just too trusting, believing everyone so easily. What would happen to me if someone were to deceive you?"
