Harry portaled into Bogrod's office directly.
"Bogrod, have you still not found the person I asked for?" Harry asked without beating around the bush. He had asked Bogrod to find him a reliable magizoologist to look after the creatures he was going to rescue in Hogwarts.
"I was just checking thoroughly to make sure the magizoologist is really capable of looking after those dangerous creatures you want to provide for and would also be ready to sign the secrecy and employment contract.
By the way, I would again suggest you to sell them to us as Gringotts has many goblins capable of taking care of them." Bogrod said.
"Bogrod, I have seen how you take care of your dragons. Tell me about the man." Harry sighed before asking directly.
"Lord Potter, seriously, there are no magizoologist capable of looking after all those different species of extremely dangerous as well as rare creatures other than Newt Scamander that we know of." Bogrod said tiredly. Harry was in a dilemma as he knew that Newt was Dumbledore's yes man and he wouldn't be able trust that man ever.
" Send a letter to Scamander and ask if he is ready to sign the strictest secrecy contract and look after the creatures for me. Clarify that those creatures would still be mine and he would just be paid for the duration of time I let him take care of them.
And yes, don't let him find out about me or that the letter was sent from British Gringotts." Harry asked before departing and going to Daphne's home.
"Daph, are you ready?" Harry asked after he gave her a comforting hug. He had gone to her home to get Christopher sign the loyalty contract with Daphne. He didn't know how the meeting would go but he was determined to get it done, even if he needed to take actions that he didn't want to take.
" I'm... I know you are doing this for me and Tori, as well as for this family. Whatever happens, I will stand by your side.." Daphne said holding his hand with a determined expression.
"What about Isabel and Tori?"
"Tori is in her room. Mom is nervous and hesitant but I will not let her interfere." Daphne answered. The affect of his aura was two-way. It not only aroused Christopher's love but also made Isabel reluctant to force her husband. That was also the reason Harry had decided to get her sign the loyalty contract from the beginning. Christopher would also sign to contract with Daphne instead of Isabel, because of this very reason.
Harry and Daphne entered the room and found a curious Christopher and nervous Isabel sitting there, waiting for them.
"Harry! Daphne said you both have something important to talk to me." Christopher asked.
"Harry! Let's not do this. I don't think he will do what you think. Chris is not like that.." Isabel said before Harry could say anything.
"What's going on? What are you talking about?" Christopher asked seriously.
"Mom. Please don't do this. It's necessary." Daphne went to her mom.
"Christopher, there is indeed something we need to talk about.
I'm concerned that Malfoy and Nott are going to propose a betrothal contract for Astoria and Daphne.
When we first met, I was sure you would have accepted those contracts but I have seen you changing because of Isabel's love and efforts.
But I'm still not sure about it and don't want to risk it. If you can do it once, there's nothing stopping you from doing it again. So I want you to sign a loyalty contract with Daphne." Harry said clearly while ready to strike any moment.
Christopher sat there frowning without saying anything. Isabel was shaking from nervousness and Daphne too was tensed.
"Sigh.." Christopher sighed as he relaxed on his seat.
"I can see what you are talking about. I don't want to admit it but.. sigh..
I'm really sorry Daphne, Bel for being such a bad father and husband." Christopher looked at them in sadness and shame. Isabel immediately freed herself from Daphne and ran towards Christopher, hugging him, sobbing lightly..
"You still haven't answered me Christopher.." Harry said emotionlessly, not relaxing even if his ability was telling him that Christopher was feeling guilty, sad and shameful.
" You had them sign loyalty contracts, right? " Christopher asked looking at him hatefully.
Daphne immediately came to stand beside him." Yes. We signed the contract. It was me who convinced mother to sign it. I'm very happy that I did so. He is standing here, in this house, for my and Tori's protection against you, not only because I signed it but also because he values me and my opinions." She said holding Harry's hand, glaring at Christopher. He flinched at the steel in her tone.
" Daph, I'm really sorry for behaving like that. I'm ready to sign contract with you but what's the guarantee he won't make you do things you don't want to. He can ask you to handover all our assets, money and even your dignity.. How can you trust him..
And he is still just a kid, he has not seen the world yet. He is standing in this house, whose wards are under my control, and challanging me is enough to prove how naive he is.." Christopher said trying to reason with Daphne.
" Oh, that's where you are wrong Christopher. I'm standing here because I wanted to get things done in a peaceful way but if you think that's my naivity then... " Harry chuckled as he opened a portal just below Isabel and Christopher's feet, depositing both of them in his newly constructed holding cell in his home.
"Let's go. We don't want your parents panicking more." Harry smiled as he held Daphne's hand and opened another portal in front of them and entered it, appearing directly infront of Christopher and Isabel.
"Don't worry, I had already placed cushioning charm on the floor when I constructed this place." Harry spoke when he saw Christopher checking Isabel for any injury.
