Chereads / Dual Cultivator in another World / Chapter 4 - Summoning Magic

Chapter 4 - Summoning Magic

The goddess looked at us with a playful smile and said, "That's right."

"You said it so casually!"

"I was lightly shocked by the goddess's words.

"So, here's the deal, you two."

The goddess lay down on the sofa, displaying her exquisite curves, and said, "I want you to fight for me."

"Huh?" I couldn't believe my ears.

"That's right, I want you both to compete for me. Got it? Fight each other for me. The winner will have me."

With that, she winked.

"Compete for you...?"

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Usually, in this situation, the goddess would ask us not to fight for her. Instead, she would want us to cooperate and defeat the Demon Lord together. However, this goddess surprised me by asking us to fight each other for her.

"Are you listening? Let me say it again. You two are going to compete for me. I want you to 'fight over me.' Seriously, fight each other, and the one who wins will get me."

With another wink, she said, "So, do you feel motivated?"

The woman in front of me with her impeccable beauty and tempting curves was asking us to fight over her like some kind of prize.

With that, she winked.

...Wait a minute.

Did she just say she'd give herself to the winner? I swallowed hard. If I win, that body will be mine...? I wasn't feeling motivated to fight, but I was feeling competitive. The long-haired man beside me had a wild look in his eyes, and the bloodshot eyes behind his thick glasses seemed to burn with flames.

"Hey old man, don't tell me you're feeling motivated to fight... Or is it just the competitive spirit?" I said, taking a step back.

"Leave it to me, Goddess... I, Saito Yuya, will definitely defeat this guy and claim you for myself!" He said, raising his fist triumphantly.

I frantically shook my hands, trying to escape from this situation. When I thought about it calmly, being chosen as a hero here would mean being taken to a battlefield. It might not be a good idea to get carried away by momentary desire and end up in pain.

"No, I don't want to go to another world! Please let me go back to my original world! I don't want to fight against the Demon Lord!"

As I spoke, Priscilla sat back down on the sofa, crossing her legs.

As she did so, I caught a glimpse of something white between her thighs, but then again, I didn't see anything... No, I definitely didn't see anything, but for a moment, I found myself staring intensely.

Priscilla said, "Nakata Shinji, don't say that. Please."

As she tilted her head, her breasts jiggled.

Bam!

At that moment, my nose started bleeding.

Don't underestimate the libido of a teenager. To think that just seeing "breasts jiggle" without any nudity would make me nosebleed like this!

While pressing a hand to my nose, I saw Saito... I mean, Saito started to chuckle.

"So this is youth..."

Saito said, smiling with a smirk that seemed to look down on me. It seemed like I had angered him.

"What's so funny? You don't look like you'd be good at fighting either! Do you have the confidence to win, you bastard?"

I shouted in frustration, and Saito showed a composed expression.

"Of course I do. Although I have no actual combat experience, I've thoroughly read all volumes of the martial arts manga 'Baki.' In other words, I've completed my mental training. Now, I just need to materialize that image using my abundant imagination. It would be wise for you to drop out early!"

What the hell is he saying? Is he a monkey or something?

"If you say that, I'll take you on! What's with the 'mental training' and 'abundant imagination'? You're a joke. I may not be great at fighting, but I won't lose to you! I won't lose to you, no matter what!"

I ended up repeating the same thing twice. ...Well, it's an important point, so I said it twice.

"Wait a minute, both of you! I understand that you want to fight for me, but hold on!"

The goddess suddenly said that, and I almost tripped over my own feet.

"What's going on? First, you tell us to fight, and now you're saying to wait. Which is it?"

Just when I thought we were about to get into the fight, the goddess interrupted.

"Wait a moment. Who said it was going to be decided by physical strength alone? This is also a test to see if you can fight in another world. There's no point in fighting for me if you don't have the qualifications to fight in another world."

"Is that so?"

"Yes! I have everything prepared for this. Please listen to the explanation until the end!"

"Y-Yes, I'm sorry..."

As I apologized, I couldn't help but wonder why I was the one apologizing. Then Saito raised his voice.

"So, Goddess, how are we going to determine the outcome with this guy?"

Priscilla chuckled at that.

"I'll explain that now. Okay? In another world, whether you can exert strong power or not depends on how you clear this trial."

Saying that, Priscilla raised both hands and chanted a spell. Two large magic circles appeared on the ceiling, and from there, majestic pillars of light descended to the floor.

"What! Summoning magic, you say!"

Saito exclaimed excitedly. Not fully understanding what was happening, I stood there with my mouth wide open, dumbfounded, as I looked up at the scene. Then, through those beams of light, two robots descended from the magic circles!

"What! Robots!"

The image of another world I had imagined, resembling medieval Europe, crumbled away. Soon, with a loud thud, the robots landed on the floor. The goddess opened her mouth to speak.

"Whether you can defeat the Demon Lord in another world depends on whether you can handle these machines properly. Now, choose whichever you like and fight! For my sake!"

With that, Goddess Priscilla burst into a loud laugh, "Oho ho ho..."
