[Of course the weaker domain would win. If the difference between the domains isn't too huge then the domain with more laws involved will win for obvious reasons.]
[But Dustin, although your domain is powerful and is of higher level, it'll be only effective once the whole domain is materialized. And that's literally impossible for you in the current situation.]
