Chapter 1 - Prologue

"Go away!", Nakul kicked away the two doctors around his sickbed, but when he tried to get up, he fell back to the bed because of the tranquilizer injected into his body.

Seeing him so stubborn, a doctor said to the other.: "This kid doesn't accept treatment despite his injuries. How can a kid with such a temper like him survive in the orphanage? You took him in out of kindness, but I don't think he appreciates you at all."

The director of an international orphanage in Himachal Pradesh didn't speak. After a while, she looked at the kid on the bed who was only seventeen years old.

This kid was a member of an underground gang eliminated by UP police half a month ago. He was still a kid and also an orphan.

According to the gangsters, this kid was named Nakul who was discovered by their leader in a wolf cave in the mountains. When he was discovered, he couldn't even speak but only howled like a wolf. He grew up in forest since he was born and then taken away by their leader when he was five. He was trained into a weapon. He was a kid, so their enemies wouldn't guard against him. He was as quick, decisive, and ruthless as a wolf, so he was much trusted by their leader although he was so young.

It was just because he was still a kid that after knowing how he a was brought up, the police thought he became a gangster just because of the environment he grew up and he was not bad in nature, so they didn't list him as a criminal but sent him into an orphanage.

When Nakul was sent here, his body was covered with injuries. However, if the doctor didn't give him a tranquilizer, he might have dismantled the room.

One year later.

Nakul, felt something was wrong and suddenly opened his eyes, only to see a little omega in a pink dress standing beside his bed with a curious look on his face, holding a flower in his hand, and staring at him with a blushed face.

In a trance, he moved his hand and felt that the doctor didn't inject him much tranquilizer this morning.

After a year of drug control, he didn't have any extra energy every day, except to get up to eat and walk. That was the idea of the director of the orphanage. She allowed him to stay here but deprived him of any energy to cause trouble. He was left alone in a dark, depressing room where he could only see the stars through the small lattice windows. He has always lived alone in the room and was now used to the darkness.

"Nakul Bhaiya, why do you sleep alone in your little room every day?" The omega beside his bed grew up in the orphanage and was only sixteen or seventeen, but he seemed to be awakened interest in the opposite sex. When he looked at Nakul, his watery eyes were full of expectation.

Nakul ignored him, getting off the bed, he looked into the mirror.

The boy in the mirror was tall and slender. Although he was only 18 years old, he looked much taller than many of his peers. His face was fair and cool and his eyes were even brighter than the stars outside the window.

His disheveled, sandy hair made him look a bit decadent, and he shook his head casually, making it instantly look supple.

The little boy was almost fascinated by him.

Nakul was the best-looking alpha in the orphanage but didn't like to meet other people or make friends.

Whether he was having a meal or being called to a group class by a teacher of the orphanage, he would sit in a corner, cold, quiet, and unapproachable. The boys, mostly alphas hated him because almost all the omegas liked to sneak glances at him. Even though he was bad-tempered, the omegas always looked for a chance to get close to him, though they got a cold disregard every time.

Although this handsome boy was really very cold-tempered, there seemed to be deep whirlpools or stars in the dark night sky in his eyes that were sparkling and attractive. As an alpha, he was exceptionally handsome but not so disagreeable as the other alphas. Instead, he always kept to himself.

The black earring on the boy's ear seemed to glisten with sharp, dark light, and looked very mysterious.

Nakul closed his eyes.

"Bhaiya, would you like to have dinner with me? I heard the cook made hamburgers today..."

His ears were full of the omega's shy and noisy voice. He impatiently frowned, "Shut up. Go" away.

The omega was a bit afraid but thinking of his temper, he still took the courage to come over and nervously handed him the little flower in his hand, "I just want to be your friend, I..."

Nakul suddenly opened his eyes that were as cold and sharp as a dagger lurking in the shadows for long in this dark, narrow room and made people shudder.

He took a cold look at her and the omega was so frightened by his eyes that he immediately threw down the flowers and ran out.

"...."

Unbothered, he went into the bathroom to shower. With each clothing he was removing from his body, it was revealing his body. The soft and milky white skin; baby fat instead of hard muscles; soft skin on chest instead of hard sturdy chest and at last when he removed the earing from his ear, a soft and alluring strawberry smell hit his own nostrils, which didn't belong to an alpha for sure.

Nakul scoffed, "Alpha?"

He didn't know he wasn't a wolf but human until he was taken out of the wolf cave when he was five, and then he gradually figured out that he was actually an omega.

But living with those gangsters, he had to disguise as an alpha to get more freedom. He must receive training and work as a alpha to get his food, or else, he would be taken as waste and killed.

He had to forget he is an omega if he wanted to survive. And as time went by, he had almost forgotten whether he was an alpha or an omega.

When he was still controlled by those gangsters, he once went into the CBI headquarters building alone to install a monitor.

The UP police used several police cars to capture him but he managed to escape. Several strong policemen put together were no match for him.

But he never expected that he would be controlled here with one tranquilizer a day.

"What a joke..."
