Annabelle had just finished discussing everything that transpired between her and the woman with her brother, Alex.. She thanked him for sending the right person for the job and she genuinely felt grateful for his help. After the call, she decided to text Edwards and inform him to fix a date with his father, as she planned to introduce her aunt to them. With that task out of the way, Annabelle went to sleep, hoping for a fresh start the next day.
The next morning, Annabelle woke up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day. She got dressed, enjoyed a quick breakfast, and headed to work. As she was busy with her tasks at the office, Annabelle received a text from Edwards. It was urgent and he asked her to meet him outside the company. Intrigued and curious, she wondered what could possibly be so important for him to summon her immediately.
