[Automatic Defensive Spatial Sphere(ADSS) has been deployed to keep host from life-ending attacks until deemed strong enough]
Kanan became puzzled upon hearing the Artificial Intelligent voice ringing through his head. Upon those words said, the space around Kanan began to distort and twist before a dark purple translucent dome appeared, clashing with the rock before it could crush Kanan. The Sphere kept the giant rock away from Kanan and Kanan noticed he was not effected by the intense gravity.
'So hot shot right there has the ability to manipulate the gravitational force. That's pretty scary if you think about it. So what about the other guy-'
Kanan began forming a plan in his head but before he could plan any further, his instincts screamed for him to move and so he did, by flipping to the side narrowly avoiding a spear thrown at him that embedded into the spot where he stood. Kanan glanced towards his aggressor and behold it was the man he was looking for, standing inside his spatial dome.
'Sword art: Distance divider'
It almost came natural to Kanan as he dashed forward as the space between him and the man became zero and Kanan found himself right in front of the man, shocking the man to his core who could not react to the instant movement.
'Sword art: Swordless Slash'
Kanan said within his mind as he gritted his teeth from the continuous use of the sword art before shooting his hand out and doing the same thing, he did to the first of them, but the difference was, Kanan aimed for the head, slicing it clean off. Blood sprayed everywhere as the giant rock sphere finally collapsed back into a pile of giant rocks, allowing the spatial sphere to vanish. Kanan sky-blue eye's scanned the area for his enemy before turning around, bringing up his arm to deflect a punch aimed towards his face before counterattacking by lashing out a backhand.
The backhand was blocked by the man and soon the two was in a fierce dance that one would expect a kid not to be capable of. Flipping from the tree branch he landed on, Kanan brung both of his arms up in an x to block an axe kick which send him to the ground on one knee. Kana swiftly backflipped as a raging fire dragon slammed into the spot he was in, scorching it to the touch. Kanan inhaled deeply as he exhaled slowly before crouching slightly.
'Sword art: Distant Divider'
Kanan calmly said within his mind as his body outwardly began slightly panting. The distance between him and the last standing guard became zero as the guard landed on the gound but was given no chance to defend himself.
[New Skill unlocked. 'Spatial Decapitation'. Description: This sword art is the combination of 'Distant Divider' and 'Swordless Slash' to create 'Spatial Decaptiation'. By channeling Spatial energy within the host body, the host can cut the space between himself and someone else, making it seem like instant teleportation before delivering a spatial filled swordless slash.]
'Sword art: Spatial Decapitation'
Becoming aware of the new skill and what it could do, Kanan wanted to use it to see if it would be effective in battle and indeed it was. Upon closing the distance instantaneously, Kanan delivered the final attack and cut clean through the last man head, distorting the space around his hand before the head was sucked into a swirl of spatial distortion. Kanan began panting as he kneeled, gathering his breath before continuing his travels but before he did that, he gathered the supplies off of the bodies of the guards he killed.
Kanan trekked through the thick forest, moving at a constant speed showing no sign of stopping until he got to his destination. Kanan was currently on his way to the border of the kingdom, knowing to travel around dusk as that is when he is not needed and supposedly 'studies'. Kanan knew at a certain time they would notice his absent as they relied on him to teach their daughter the less harsh version of militaristic training which he found stupid yet could not voice his opinion.
'Sword art: Distance Divider'
Kanan said within his head as he cut the distance between him and the space a few yards ahead of him that he could see, became zero, travelling yards almost instantaneously. Kanan felt a good chunk of his stamina drain upon using the sword art to travel further. What felt like hours flew by and a bell rung throughout the kingdom, initiating the manhunt for Kanan.
Kanan could see the border from where he was and knew once he crossed, he would be outside this kingdom's jurisdiction but also that he will be considered an enemy and they will likely send out assassins to take him out. Kanan gripped the handle of the sword that he took from the dead guard and continued running.
Suddenly jumping to another tree branch on the right of him, Kanan dodged 4 ice spikes that pierced the tree branch he was on. Kanan didn't stop there and quickly leaped ahead 23 branches in mere seconds, dodging another set of Ice Spikes but was flung backwards by a blast of condensed wind, crashing into a tree.
Kanan slightly groaned as he rolled to the side, dodging a condensed ball of wind that ripped a hole in the tree that was behind him. Kanan swiftly brung up the flat side of his sword, using his palm to hold the bottom of the flat sword as support against the man that appeared in front of him, swinging down an axe that clashed with the sword.
The man's strength proved to be greater than Kanan's as Kanan deflected the opposing blade from his own, causing the man blade to slice into the ground becoming stuck, allowing Kanan to capitalize on the moment and performed a high spinning back kick, connecting to the man's jaw causing the man to stumble backwards.
Kanan used that distraction to get away, coming close to the border with a few magic users on his trail. Kanan sighed knowing he would have no other choice but to fight these mages in order to ensure his freedom, but Kanan knew he had to be quick before reinforcements arrived to overwhelm him.
Coming to a sudden stop, Kanan swiftly turned around and swung his sword down vertically as a man in a long brown robe stopped midtrack, almost being sliced down in half. Kanan swiftly used the momentum and strength behind the attack to change the trajectory of the sword slightly as to barely scrape the ground, allowing him to use said momentum to perform a front flip into an axe kick which successfully landed on the mage shoulder.
The strength of the axe kick was unexpected, and the mage paid for it dearly by having his shoulder nearly ripped off and being slammed into the ground, rendering him unconscious. Kanan sky-blue eye's darted to his left, bringing up his arm on instinct to block a sharp rock projectile that embedded into his arm causing Kanan to grit his teeth in pain.
Kanan still moved forward despite the pain, ripping out the stone rock and tossing it to the side, now only have his one arm available to him. Swiftly stepping up to the earth mage, Kanan lashed out a deadly spinning hook kick that was blocked by the earth mage before Kanan was struck in his side by the blunt side of a familiar axe.
Rolling to a stop, Kanan quickly stood up holding his side wincing slightly in pain. Kanan could feel a bruise forming from the strike yet that did not deter him from his goal of crossing the border.
"It's your unlucky day kid. Two famous mages coming to recapture you. Not only does it give you a worse image, anything happens to us and you will really be an enemy of the kingdom"
Spoke one of the two mages as they stared off against each other, both sides determined to make it out alive and complete their goal.
