Accompanying that was his level of 18. He liked that number. It was a good strong number that placed him ahead of all of his comrades, apart from Blackbeard, of course, who had been level 35 the lowest that Vol had ever seen him, but now hung around the level fifty mark, somehow.
That was his current problem with the level System, despite liking where it tried to put him, he couldn't take too much from it, because he didn't understand the fact that went into it well enough. If it was based purely on combat strength, then he could quite confidently use it to judge whether he could beat someone in single combat, but the level System also seemed to include the Command stat. It was a complicated phenomenon.
