"Not quite like this," Francis replies. "But sometimes we do catch a glimpse of something massive stirring the surface of our waters. As with any grand civilization, we have our share of criminals lurking beneath the surface. It's only a matter of time before we root them out, however, do rest assured, Lady Farseer. They will not be able to bring about any harm to your person."
