His shield pushed their points away, and he rushed them, finding another two bodies.
Harland and Borne were there with him, this time. They crunched through the exposed flank of the men, as they all turned their attention towards Vol. They were like hammers themselves. Harland's sword and Borne's axe went to work with a viciousness appropriate for fighters of their level. They managed to kill four men between them before the others even managed to acknowledge that they were there.
Even trying to turn was an impossibility. Together with Vol, the three of them completely eradicated the left side of the column, drenching themselves in blood.
They bellowed their might, and slammed their weapons against their shields, as they turned to face the remaining men. They were disorganized, and still recovering, as the men on the floor all fought to get to their feet and right themselves. Vol could see them visibly cower.
"Finish them!" Vol shouted.
