It was an impressive affair. That initial charge was even better than they'd managed in the battle with Maddon, and they lacked two hundred extra fully fledged raiders that had made the previous one so impressive.
From the force of their assault, they didn't lose a single man. The momentum made even the reasonably weak villagers seem like demons. No swords could cut them. Any boulders of resistance were torn apart by the stronger men amongst the Sea Serpents, with the officers and Sergeants taking particular care to root them out and deal with them before they could slow the army's advance any more than they already had.
