He hadn't heard Pandora say that he was now allowed to see again, but he was seeing regardless. The world was right before him, but so too still were the flames. If he looked past the flames, he found he could see the world in even more detail, but the flames still remained, tainting the corners of his vision. There were flames, and then, when he looked even closer still, he could see the tiniest threads, connecting each flame in the infinite different ways that flames with similar properties could be connected.
