"You speak of your Summoning," Penelope said, understanding. "That troubled you so greatly for a time."
"It did," Vol agreed.
"You were… aiming for something different, I wonder? What is it you saw in your future? Did you dream of honour, like the knights do? Or were you certain you would be what you are? A raider?" Penelope said.
"Do not disrespect that profession," Vol said. "A raider is no lower than a knight."
"No," Penelope agreed. "I have seen that, because I live amongst you – though your way is more cruel than that of a knight. You are wolves, and they are loyal hounds. You both follow your instincts, and I do not think you to be terrible men for that."
