"You really doubt it?" Penelope said, folding her arms and pouting. "You don't seem to have an awful lot of faith in me, you know, despite asking me to use my magic for you so much."
"Fine," Vol relented, more because of what Pandora had said than anything else. "Teach me, then, Syndran, what am I lacking?"
"I'm not sure!" Penelope admitted happily. "Because you haven't told me quite what the problem is yet. You haven't answered any of my questions."
Begrudgingly, Vol gave his answers. "…It is inconsistent. I can't summon what I wish to, and I can only summon something when I'm excited."
He said that, knowing full well it was Pandora that had put those restrictions on his powers, in order to get him to grow, but what else could he say?
