It was a friend group that would not ordinarily have been quite as close as it was. Of course, the three of them were on pleasant terms before their marriages, and always had been, but the three of them together had never been the conclusion of the group. There had always been other elements there too, like Vagrin, or Vol, to bridge the gaps between them.
Now, married as they were, they had much in common. The stories of their joys could only really be shared with each other. The men, if they heard all the details, would likely want to tear their heads off. Even those that had been happy for them at first would quickly grow tired.
With their houses so close together, it had simply fallen rather quickly into a routine. They would gather in the morning, on one of their porches, and share a breakfast together, exchanging tales of satisfaction.
